Cheng Can Cook: Chirashi ★★★

I Love Chirashi. They are very easy to make. You just get Sashimi from Japanese supermarket and put them on top of a bed of rice. The ingredients I used for this are Uni (Sea Urchin), Negitoro (Grated Tuna w/ Spring Onions), and Ikura (Salmon Roe). I have also added Seaweed Slices on top.
