Vino Volo@New Jersey ★★

Newark Airport in New Jersey. Nice place for a few snacks when you drop by the Newark. The snacks come in half portions. The Brie and Prosciutto Sandwich is great. Smoked Salmon Rolls is ok. They put crabmeat in between the salmon and the toast, but you can't really taste the crabmeat. It may be better with just cream cheese. Braised Port Taco is like normal taco you can get anywhere.

Brie and Prosciutto Sandwich $6 (half portion)

Smoked Salmon Rolls $8 (half portion)

Briased Pork Taco $5 (half portion)

Cheng Can Cook: Homemade Hamburger ★★★

Homemade Hamburger. My original recipe, invented back in college. Really easy to make.

Ingredients: Moran's Ground Beef, Lettuce, Onions, Sandwich Buns, and Lawry's Seasoned Salt (or regular salt).
1. Shape ground beef into patty, fry with pan, don't add oil, sprinkle Lawry's salt.
2. Fry onion, don't add oil.
3. Make burger. (optional: toast inside of buns for crispiness)
Tips: If you happen to have George Foreman's Lean Meat Fat Grilling Machine, cook the beef patty and onions with it. It will be less fat.
