They are one of the rare places that makes Uni Sushi without the Seaweed, have the Ikura marinated sweet (instead of salty), and has fresh Grated Toro for the Negitoro Roll. Cheng Can Cook: Eggplant in Buttermilk Sauce ★★

Recipe from the book "Plenty: Vibrant Recipes from London's Ottolenghi". Since this is my first time making it, I would modify the recipe a bit by skipping the Greek yogurt and put less Buttermilk Sauce in the Eggplants. Other than that, this is a very visually inviting dish.

Really Good Sushi Rolls. I like their Triple X Roll. It comes will raw Scallop mixed with Smelt Egg. The presentation of the Chirashi was unusual. It comes with Uni. The prices for the Roll are relatively inexpensive.

Just trying out Genki Sushi for the fun of it, since it's so popular in Hong Kong. If you are in Santa Ana for revolving sushi bar, you're better off with Kaisen Kaiten Sushi. Better quality and better price. One thing I like about Genki Sushi that their Uni Sushi is only $3.99.

Mishima is Famous for their Udon/ Noodles. Tip: The Sushi Combo comes with half portion of noodles - you can choose inaniwa noodles. It's the best and most expensive noodles - smooth and soft. Only thing is that the Spicy Scallop Hand Roll is a disappointment to me, because it's made with cooked Scallop.
