Uni (Sea Urchin), Sesame Leaf, Scallions, Chopped Crabmeat Mixed w/ Mayo & Chili Oil, Masago (Smelt Egg), Uzura (Quail Egg), Cucumber, and Brown Rice.

I used the same ingredients and added avocado to make the California Roll.

$17.95 All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Lunch. Includes 1 piece of Uni Sushi. Super cheap price without compromising the quality. Impressed. Fresh Water Eel was fatty and tasted great. Request Quail Egg for the Smelt Egg Sushi. All these are included. Rolls were great. Some of them are really spicy. Rice portion in sushi was little, which was great. Can only place order 3 times max and 1 hour time limit though. Free parking.

New Special Menu: Chaya Downtown Summer on the Grill. New BBQ & Kushiyaki Menu. Really like the Grilled Drunken Squid. It tasted really sweet, and the squid was not too chewy. Hanger Steak was nice. See the sizzling in action at the outdoor grill in the patio. Beer w/ Frozen Foam was a bomb. Large Sake Sangria was quite a deal. Free valet parking in the underground parking lot w/ validation.

Ramen Alternative to the original Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle across the Street. Heard original restaurant is better. Noodles were too thick for me, but the soup base was good. You get thirsty after having the ramen. I prefer the rice bowls under $4. About an hour wait for 4 people for lunch in the weekend. Cash only.
