Best Restaurant in the World. A Daring & Adventurous Journey. Experimental test kitchen with local & Danish flavors. Los Angeles stop. Beautiful presentations. While bear paws & reindeer are not being served in LA, ants, bugs, cactus & fish eyes are being served. It's not for everyone – only for the daring ones. A lot of ocean & earthy flavors. Love the flavorful Pink Peppercorn Dungeness Crab on the raw side. Quite a "hands-on" experience. Our server, Maria, was nice. Held at a beautiful scenic Airbnb in Silver Lake, which might be converted into a boutique hotel. It's worth it considering that you don't need to purchase air tickets to Copenhagen for the exclusive experience. $1,500 per person with wine pairing (or non-alcoholic pairing), tax & tips included. Wine pairing was moderate with small refills. Reservations are very hard but may become occasionally available via Tock.
