Mind-Blowing. Full on surprises. Seasonal & new dishes. Chef Daniel Son (Katsu Sando) in the works with his test kitchen. Love the Gangjang Gejang (Soy Fermented Flower Crab) with Uni Sauce. Lovely combination of Dungeness Crab & Sakura Ebi Dolsot Bap (Stone Pot Rice) with refills available. Tasty crispy rice (okoge) on the bottom of the stone pot. Michelin Guide restaurant. POV Husband also came around the same time. $250 per person. Perfect portions. 8 seats per seating with 2 seating available. Only opens 3 times a week. Reservations via Tock and is always sold out. Green tea is complimentary. Corkage $45 for 720mL bottle. Right next to Torimatsu. Free parking in strip mall.

Wafu Bento Private Party@Disney's Grand Californian Hotel ★★★

The Most Epic Sushi Omakase Private Party at Disney ever. Beautiful presentation. Amazing quality. Fantastic appetizers. A taste of Japan. With World of Color viewing from hotel. Hotaru Ika (Firefly Squid) in season. Generous portions. Our Sushi Chef friend Taishi-san from Wafu Bento is always amazing & very nice. We did BYOB sake with an amazing line up of premium sake followed by Nikka Whisky Highball. Everything worked out so well. Custom cake from Unplug Patisserie. Private Omakase $300 per person.
