Cheng Can Cook: Cold Inaniwa Udon with Uni ★★★
Inaniwa Udon is the Highest-End of Udon.
I made it with Yamakake this time, but it is so soft that you don't need Yamakake to accompany it. Yamakake (Grated Mountain Yam) is great for Soba.
