Best Unagi in Taipei. Fresh unagi that is never frozen. Authentic chef from Japan. About 30-45 minute waiting in line, but it's all well worth it. Their non-unagi dishes, such as Assorted Sashimi, Tempura, & Fried Oyster, were good too. We visited this restaurant twice in one trip. That's how heavenly good it is.
