Victoria & Albert's@Disney World ★★★

Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Disney. Excellent tasting menu. Located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Amazing Zero Proof (non-alcoholic beverage) pairing by the talented & friendly Chef Gabriella from Norway. She knew that we were coming, so she personally came to our table to introduce one of her creations to us. Such a lovely treat. Her world traveling adventures (as seen on her IG stories) inspired her to create an international palette. Love the story behind her creations like the Cherry Cola. She grew up in the mountains. Her parents were reindeer farmers, and she would always have Cola. Pastry Chef Kristine Farmer. Our server Christopher was nice. $375 (Chef's Dégustation Menu with Spanish Carabinero Prawn & A5 Miyazaki Wagyu)/$295 Dining Room Menu per person. White Truffles supplement $85. Corridor 109 Pop-Up@Koreatown ★★★

Fantastic Modern Asian Tasting Menu Pop-up Experience. Reminds me of 3-Michellin-Star The Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare in New York, where Chef Brian Baik worked at. Very hard to book - need to book at ticket release on Tock. We were able to book because a waitlist just opened up. Amazing fresh seafood with a modern twist. We bought our own bottle of Riesling, and the restaurant complimented on our wine choice. It went very well with all the flavorful dishes. $195 per person (2022 pricing). Corkage fee is $30. Totally worth it. Old pop-up location was in Koreatown. New location in Chinatown.
