Limitless Club@Sheung Wan, Hong Kong ★★★

Impressive Private Kitchen Dining in Hong Kong. The chef is a Japanese housewife. I love the Grilled Scallops and the Cold Noodle. Their Cold Noodle is soaked in the Ramen Soup. Very innovative. Their rice is imported from Japan, and they have special preparation for the rice. All these for $430 per person.

Fantastic Donburi in Hong Kong. They have special items such as Grilled Foie Gras (which is no longer available in LA) Donburi and Grilled Scallop w/ Black Truffle Oil & Sea Urchin Donburi. Got to meet the Sushi Chef, Lo Yuet Kei, and got his autographed cookbook.
