He's from French Laundry and Club 33. We figured out that we crossed path at Club 33 in 2014 when he started training there, then he was working at French Laundry when we went in 2017. Flavors and ingredient choice were perfect. Partnered with Suntory, included vodka & whiskey wine pairing. Alcohol on the stronger side, which was fun. $180 + $12.59 fee per person.
