One Michelin Star Japanese Restaurant in Spain. High in quality. The upside-down Shrimp served on Himalayan salt (block) with Pickled Shrimp Sauce was a show-stopper. Nice and creative presentation. Extensive G(astro) Tasting Menu 177€ per person. (Everyone in the party has to order the same menu) Tried local Seda Líquida "Núvol" Catalan Sake produced in Spain – 61€ a bottle. It tasted nice as it opened up. The tasting menu for lunch took 3 hours. Hot Tea 3€ per cup. Coffee 3,20€. [developing story]
