Always order my favorite soft and flavorful Fried Yukon Potato. Soufflé is their signature. Friendly service from Duan, who we met at Palo since 2016. Dish prices increased by $2-7 since 2025. Reservations required & could get filled out quickly. Platinum Disney Cruisers (10+ sailings) get $55 credit per person to apply for Palo dinner or free Palo brunch. Corkage fee $29.
