Incredible. A Magical Evening to Remember. Finally get to meet Masa the Singing Sushi Chef (@masa_singing_sushi_chef) & try his sushi at Kisen. Mind blown. He's a talented sushi chef, illustration artist, and musician. Masa-san made a very special & thoughtful dessert for my belated birthday celebration with my favorite anime character, Zenitsu. He played guitar and sang with all my song requests. Yamato-san (owner of Sushi Yamamoto, Sushi Kisen, Tonchinkan, etc.) always takes good care of us. For my belated birthday celebration, I brought my precious Kuheiji Nama Betsu Atsurae 2024.4.17 Sake, which was gifted to me by Kuheiji-san on visit on 4/17 at the brewery. It is not for sale, and the one we drank was the only bottle in the world. So fresh & fruity. Dinner was followed by drinks, shots, mid-night snacks, and music at Tonchinkan.
