2 Michelin Stars Sushi Omakase. By Chef Tomoyuki Yoshinaga. Amazing integration of French, Japanese & Spanish fish. First time to have Langoustine as sushi. Imported Nichi Nichi sake available. Kuheiji sake also available but overpriced. Omakase 330 euros per person. 5 glasses of wine & sake pairing 145 euros.

Maison Kanatha@Kaneyoshi Little Tokyo ★★★

New French-Japanese-Thai Omakase at Kaneyoshi. Nice presentation with pronounced taste. By Shingo-san & Chef Niki. Everyone likes Shingo-san. He's friendly. Chef Niki is nice. Omakase $220 per person. Kaneyoshi group is the only restaurant that serves Kuheiji sake in Kuheiji wine glasses. Reservations on Kaneyoshi Tock.
