Sukiyaki Recipe ★★★

Easy Sukiyaki. Pre-boil vegetables (daikon, spinach, napa, mushrooms, corn starch noodles, etc.) in pot and drain. In a pan, brown onion. Add generous amount of soy sauce and water mixture (1-2 cups) in pan, bring to simmer. Add tofu, beef (or pork), drained vegetables, and spring onion. Whisk an egg for dipping sauce and eat with rice. Yum.
