Fantastic Modern Asian Tasting Menu.
Reminds me of 3-Michellin-Star The Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare in New
York, where Chef Brian Baik worked at. Chef Brian is very detail-oriented and very consistent with his work. Kuheiji Aligote White Wine paired the meal well with its acidity. Very hard to book on Resy. Amazing refreshing seafood with a modern twist. Seating could be spaced out a bit more. $325 per person. Lot of great alcohol choices on the menu. Corkage fee $100 720mL wine only (no sake). Street parking (follow signs).
