Palo Dinner@Disney Cruise ★★★

Amazing Italian Dinner. Worth the additional price. It used to be $45 per person all-inclusive, but it's all a la carte now. The Lobster Pappardelle with orange caviar is my favorite. Dover Sole was soft, tender, and well-spiced. Love the soft and flavorful Fried Yukon Potato again. Great and friendly service. Usually service at Palo is excellent, but Felipe from Dominican Republic was above and beyond excellent. Manager Andrea Antonioli was super nice and friendly.

Champagne Tasting Seminar@Disney Cruise ★★★

The First Thing I Book. The wine seminars at Disney Cruise gets sold out quickly, so I always make sure to book the Champagne Tasting Seminar on the first day in the afternoon. Check in early for lunch then have some champagne to unwind for the embarkation day. $36 is a great deal for a flight of wine (+ seminar) with tax and tips all included. Usually they have a sommelier from Palo to host the seminar.

Pro-Tip: Pick Earliest Check-In Time to include Lunch. Once onboard, do the safety orientation and head to lunch right away. Vegetables were Fresh.
