Exciting Uni Fare@Chaya. A la carte uni menu for a limited time March 10 - March 31. Live Uni Sashimi was the best must-try item from the menu. Tasting it with Dashi Jelly instead of soy sauce brought it to another level of enjoyment.

Italian Japanese Fusion Sushi. Great mix. Fantastic service and great food. Love the Toro. Omakase is $120-$150 per person. Ours ended up to be $125. Parking at Montage parking is $5 flat rate after 6pm.
