Best Sushi in Hawaii. Edo-Mae Style Omakase Sushi inside Ritz-Carlton Waikiki. Incredible meal. Exquisitely handcrafted w/ details. Brought a bottle of Kenzo sei for corkage. Sake Pairing $80 with 4 glasses of sake. They were nice enough to include Aramasa Invisible Pink Unicorn in the sake pairing upon request. Only pictures of food allowed. Serious & quiet environment made me nervous. Only wine is available by the bottle. Sake sold by the glass. 10 seats at sushi counter only. $400 per person (tip included). Add-ons available. All 8 add-ons below were a total of $90. Corkage fee $100 for wine only (no sake).
