Amazing Seafood Don. Real Seafood Tower Kaisen Don. With Uni. Very focused with only 4 items on menu. Dashi available to enjoy with rice at the end of the meal. Nice zen garden but only has seating for 2 people. Take off shoes at entrance. As seen on Instagram. Closed on Wednesdays. Open for lunch only. No wait when I went on a Saturday for lunch. Cash only.

Kitchen Hinomoto 台所 日ノ本@Tokyo Shinjuku

Drinking Spot in Shinjuku. Walked passed by and decided to try their Seafood Tower Don. Actual food was very different from the picture. Hokkaido-inspired Uji Matcha Hi drink was good. Uni was as dark as Kani Miso, but taste was ok. Sashimi is not their strong point. Maybe fried food better. Seemed to be a popular spot. 24 hours. Walk-in ok.

Amazing Spanish Cuisine. Delicious food. Squid Ink Paella was flavorful with seafood & broth taste. Great selection of Spanish wine to enjoy with tapas. They carry Manuel Manzaneque wine from Spain, which I am very familiar with. I requested special birthday celebration for our friend, and our chef friend, Katsuki-san, did a fantastic job with his dessert presentation. Friendly staff. Great for small & big party celebrations. Reservations available.
