The Dungeness Crab & Sakura Ebi Dolsot Seikogani (Crispy Stone Pot Rice) was amazing (with refill when available). Chef Daniel Son (Katsu Sando) is very humble & down-to-earth. His friendly personality and small talks always make the meal extra enjoyable.  Lovely teamwork with his family. $250 per person. Perfect portions. 8 seats per seating with 2 seating available. Only opens 3 times a week. Reservations via Tock and is always sold out. Green tea is complimentary. Corkage $45 for 720mL bottle. Right next to Torimatsu. Free parking in strip mall.

So happy to see old faces & our amazing server Dondi & Culinary Director Chef Andrew Sutton (Club 33). 4-Course 2026 Opening Menu is $188 per person. Reservations are made on the Disneyland App, but it gets filled very quickly. Complimentary validated 5 hours parking at the Grand Californian Hotel.

Favorite Japanese Comfort Food. Quality food. Homemade Seiro Soba. Remember to ask for Sobayu when you are about to finish your soba. After finishing the soba/ udon, dilute the sauce with sobayu to drink. It's healthy. Soba Tea is now $4.50 with no refills. Call in at least the day before for reservations.
