Lovely French Japanese Gastronomic Pop-Up w/ Sake Pairing. Fun night w/ delicious food, nice presentation, and amazing sake. French Chef Shingo Kato from uka joined forces w/ Sushi Chef Ryota-san from sawa, along w/ Sake Sommelier Shota-san. Kuheiji sake is always my favorite. $400 per person (sake pairing included). Parking at lot $6 (credit card).
