Fun Sake Night Event. Sake by Shota-san from Fifth Taste. Modern omakase sushi by amazing & friendly sushi chefs Ryo-san & Anthony-san. Handcrafted cocktails by Natalia. Bartender Lynn is always so nice. Sushi omakase $200, sake paring $100. Parking at private lot $6.

sawa Astrea Caviar x Kuhieji Sake Night Event. Incredible. Kuheiji is the best of the best. Since 1647. My favorite sake by far. Pairs so well with caviar. Using Yamadanishiki & Omachi rice. First sake introduced in 3 Michelin Stars restaurant in Paris. Presented by Shota-san from Fifth Taste with different kinds & vintage comparison of Kuheiji Sake, ranging from $100-$800. HInoKISHI was their flagship. Finest & purest sake. Woke up very refreshed and vitalized the next day. All of them were my favorite for different occasions. Amazing modern omakase sushi by sushi chefs Ryo-san & Anthony-san. Handcrafted cocktails by Natalia. [developing story]
