One Michelin Star Theatrical Omakase Sushi in Vancouver. Beautiful presentation & concept all the way through. Super fresh fish from Japan. Fast-paced serving accompanied by fast-paced traditional Japanese music. Recommended to eat sushi within 10 seconds. I told our server that we like Kuheiji. They will have Kuheiji soon, and she was able to recommend a similar sake from the Gifu Perfecture. One thing I love the most (which most people overlooked) was the waiting room. They have haori costumes and Koto music instrument staging as photo op, which I got to take advantage of after our meal. Lunch omakase $180 per person. Hot Tea $14 per pot and can be shared.
