Skywalker Restaurant inside the New Museum. Amazing cocktails with great food. Server Andrew makes good recommendations. Skywalker wines were low key available but not on menu. Museum members get 10% off. Booked out until 2-3 months after & impossible to make a reservation on Resy. "Good luck getting a table," as Eater LA said. Limited bar seating is available for walk-in earlier in the afternoon (not the dining room) but gets filled quickly. You do not need to have museum tickets to go to the restaurant if you have a reservation.
