Cheng Can Cook: Chirashi ★★★

Making My Own Chirashi Again. They are very easy to make. You just get Sashimi from Japanese supermarket and place them on top of a bed of rice. The ingredients I used for this are Uni (Sea Urchin), Negitoro (Grated Tuna w/ Spring Onions), Salmon, and Ikura (Salmon Roe). I have also added Seaweed Slices on top.

The Chirashi Set is Such a Deal. $25 for 3 kinds of rice bowls. This restaurant is near LAX. Opens late. Great place for dinner after picking people up from airport.

Cheng Can Cook: Chirashi ★★★
