Sushi Master Class by Ko-chan. With only 6 spots, held once a month, and only for $15 per person, these tickets are harder to get than Taylor Swift tickets. After trying for a few months, I finally got my spot for the very first time. Ko-chan is very fun & animated. He teaches with passion. Scott, one of the partners, explained the steps for us. They even had giveaways for trivia. Sushi-making is a rather complicated process with many steps. I am not sure if I can remember all, maybe 60% of it. They provide you with wet towel wipes and gloves. We also learned how to mix the shari (sushi rice). Ko-chan did a demo of sashimi-cutting. The 1-hour-class was definitely fun. Highly recommended. Hope I can take it again someday.
