Incredible Elevated Chinese Fusion Tasting Menu. Director Chef Saito does his magic. Because of connection with the restaurant, we were able to provide our own ingredients. Fish Maw was from my Father-in-Law. Soft and smooth. Shark's Fin was heritage from my late Grandmother. Crisp and refreshing. The special ingredients we provided held a special connection in my heart. An enchanted meal that I will never forget. Great selection of cocktails. $1,688 per person.
