n/naka@Palms Los Angeles ★★★

Favorite Michelin Star Modern Kaiskei. Beautiful presentation & well-balanced dishes. Love Chef Niki Nakyama. Very humble and friendly. Abalone Pasta is her signature dish, perfect pairing with a rich & sophisticated sake. Small bite-sized sushi towards the end of the abundant course meal was perfect. Chef Niki always comes out to greet the guests at the end of the meal. Devin is an exceptional sommelier and offers excellent recommendations. We had exclusive Yamamoto sake from Akita, which was fruity, smooth, and refreshing, like Juyondai. Our new server Indra was nice. Tasting course $365 per person. Limited free street parking or valet. Reservations on Tock and are very hard to book.
