Great combination of seafood, meat & vegetables. Using Yumehitachi Rice from Ibaraki. Proceeds benefit RE:Her for female entrepreneurs & restaurant owners in LA. I paired with Choya Excellent Plum Wine made with French brandy.

Incredible Edo-Mae Style Omakase Sushi. Favorite Omakase. Elaborate 30 course. Handcrafted w/ details. Sake Pairing $100 with 8 glasses of sake including Juyondai. 10 seats at sushi counter only. 2020 price $300 per person (tip included) (Went up to $350 in 2024). We did a total of $80 for add-ons.
