You can't go wrong with Muryozan. Shiboritate was just received 2 days ago. It's unpasteurized and fruity. Natalia the bartender is amazing. I always let her choose the cocktails for me. After this night, we are ok with replacing our beloved favorite Wadatsumi with sawa. sawa might potentially surpass Wadatsumi's special place in our hearts soon.
