Sushidokoro Miyama@Arcadia ★★★

Grand Opening. Delicious & generous portion. Great quality sushi by Hiro-san (originally from Sushi Kisen). $180 for 24-course Omakase dinner, which is a good deal. Hiro-san nicely paced out the appetizer courses in between sushi courses. He changed up his style from Sushi Kisen so that it's more elevated. Owner Yamato-san is always fun & professional at the same time. We are a fan of Yamato-san's restaurants (Sushi Kisen, Tonchinkan, and Sushi Yamamoto). Sushidokoro Miyama in the same strip mall as Sushi Kisen in Arcadia. Officially opened August 1. Reservations not yet open to public and is by referral only. Sushi counter only. 8 people max. 2 seatings: 5:30 & 8:00pm. 18% service charge will be automatically added to the bill. Corkage $50 per 750mL. Hot Tea $5. Free self-parking in lot.

Miyama Team is fun & energetic. They like my iconic Fuji-san/ Mount Fuji style.
