Takumi-Tei@Walt Disney World EPCOT ★★

High-End Omakase Dinner at Walt Disney World. By Mitsukoshi. Good quality. Nice presentation. New seasonal menu since July. Japanese A5 Wagyu option available with no surcharge. (Restaurants usually charge $50-$150 additional.) Wagyu option was fantastic, but the Lobster option tasted frozen and overcooked. Complimentary non-alcoholic sparkling drink at the end of the meal for celebrations. 5 themed rooms available: Wood, Paper, Stone, Water, & Earth. I dined at Paper & Wood room before. Earth Room for this time. Water Room is a private room with $100 surcharge. Omakase Kiku Menu $250 per person. Refillable hot or cold sencha tea $8. Sake pairing available. 10% Annual Pass discount no longer applies due to policy change.

Whole Fish is always great and good to share with coconut rice & greens in the dish. Just have to be careful with the bigger fish bones when eating. 10% annual pass discount applies.

Enjoy EPCOT fireworks with synchronized music by the window during fireworks time. If you visit every season and collect all 4 stamps, you will get a gift. 10% Annual Pass discount applies for food. Reservation via Walt Disney World app.

Victoria & Albert's@Disney World ★★★

First Michelin Star Restaurant in Disney. Awarded a few months ago in April 2024. Well-deserved. Excellent tasting menu with just right portion. Greeted w/ a tour of the kitchen upon arrival. Amazing Zero Proof (non-alcoholic beverage) pairing by the very talented & friendly Chef Gabriella from Norway. Really appreciate her lovely special arrangements including special chef greetings. Our servers Shannon and Lazar were nice. We were able to put in a song request of Cinderella's "A Dream is a Wish" with the Harpist. Located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. $375 (Chef's Dégustation Menu with Wild Turbot & A5 Miyazaki Wagyu)/$295 Dining Room Menu per person. Zero Proof pairing $115/$145.
