Ichiran 一蘭@Shibuya ★

Eating Ramen in Individual Study Room Like Cubical. About 45-minute-wait to get inside the restaurant. A bit stressful to order from the vending machine in a short time. Ramen was ok, but the experience was nice. The Green Tea Almond Tofu dessert was great.

Cheng Can Cook: Ramen Burger ★★★

Ramen Buger is the new trend. Why wait in line for 2 hours when you can make your own Ramen Burger at home?

The Ramen Patty is the most challenging part of the recipe. I put in the freezer to make it hold faster. This is my 2nd attempt. It holds so much better. Put green onions and teriyaki sauce on top of the beef patty.

Robata Jinya@West Hollywood ★★★

Less Expensive Robata w/ Great Quality. Portions are good. Really nice Ramen with thin noodles. Love the Lotus Root Robata. Eggplant Robata had a flavorful taste of soup in it. I like to dip the Robata with the Cilantro Sauce the most. Nice service. Free parking at meters after 8pm.

Tsujita Annex@Sawtelle ★★

Ramen Alternative to the original Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle across the Street. Heard original restaurant is better. Noodles were too thick for me, but the soup base was good. You get thirsty after having the ramen. I prefer the rice bowls under $4. About an hour wait for 4 people for lunch in the weekend. Cash only.

Ikemen@Hollywood ★★★

Authentic Dipping Ramen. A sushi chef recommended this ramen place to me. Their Ghost Buster Dip Ramen was pretty fun. The waiter takes a marshmallow, sears it in front of you, then put it into your ramen soup. You can add Onsen Tamago for $1.
