sawa x Kuhieji Sake VIP Night Event with Live Zoom Tour. Best ever. Presented by Shota-san from Fifth Taste. Fantastic Omakase by Anthony and Ryo-san. Live Zoom tour with Kuheiji-san at Kuheiji Sake Brewery in Nagoya & Domaine Kuheiji vineyard in France with Hirotaka Ito. Introducing Kuheiji wines from France, launching at Michelin star restaurants in LA on this day. Special Event: $430 Omakase Course with Kuheiji Wine & Sake Pairing included. They went $100pp over budget for the ingredients, but they did not increase the price because Yoshi-san (Kaneyoshi) wanted everyone to have a good time at the event.

"Kyoto's Love Spring Kaiseki" Menu. This time, Chef Nan transported us to her favorite city, Kyoto, where she learned kaiseki from. Amazing Japanese cuisine with Thai flavor. Love Chef Nan's friendly & fun personality. Jon is nice and knowledgeable about wine. Love the vibe. We did counter seating and moved to table after dinner service. $195 per person. Pot of Hot Tea $12. 20% service fee will be automatically added to the bill. Free limited parking at small adjacent lot or street parking around the block. Reservations via Tock.
