Pop-Up Collaboration w/ Michelin Chef Yuu Shimano from Restaurant Yuu NYC. Amazing 5-course menu w/ nice wine pairing. Beautiful presentation. Love the Abalone Risotto. $135 per person. Wine paring $95 (or $70). Pop-up at Shirley Brasserie at Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood for April 24-25, 2024 only.
