Great Omakase with Awesome Cocktail Pairing. Fun and chill environment. Fresh sushi carefully handcrafted. They did a blind tasting game. I guessed all the blind tasting sushi right. Natalia the bartender was great. I had her pick the cocktail pairing for me. All the cocktails she picked for me was perfect. $170 Omakase Course. Cocktail pairing was $45 for 3 glasses, which was a good deal. Reservations via Tock. $6 parking at structure.

Yelp Elite: Cheers Bar & Grill@San Gabriel ★

Yelp Elite Perk: Free Margarita + BBQ Chicken Pizza. Also got a free drawstring bag from the perk. Thanks to this Yelp Elite Perk, or else I would have never found this place in the San Gabriel Valley. A bar with nightlife ambience – with karaoke stage, pool table, and couches. Decent food & drinks. Margarita was nice and refreshing. BBQ Chicken Pizza and Cheesy Tots were tasty and up to standards. The oil-absorbent paper they used was cute with comic strips (eg. Garfield) printed on it. Bartender George was nice and friendly. They also have bottomless Mimosa on Sunday from 11am - 2pm. Street or lot parking.

Nice Burger. Great selection of draft beer. Can do 1/2 Sweet Potato Fries (my fav) with 1/2 French Fries with no extra charge. The fries portion are so generous that they come with a togo box. Make sure that you take them home. #1 Burger is good but not outstanding. I would try other Burgers next time. Oh, FYI the Ranch Sauce costs a dollar. Opens 24 hours and walking distance from El Capitan Theatre. Great for late night post-show dinner.

Impressive Food and Cocktail Drinks with a Surprise. Great presentation and fantastic taste. Honey Fried Oliver and Crab were my favorites. Puffed Smelt Fish was fun to eat. The servers were so nice and friendly. Used a $56 for $116 Travel Zoo coupon. Great deal. Intimate space. Noise level was a bit loud. Street or valet parking. Closes late at 2am.
