Great Modern Korean Cuisine. Chef Pop up Series Vol.2 : Ricky's Kitchen. 2 nights pop-up 3/1 & 3/2 at Jilli Los Angeles. Love the Asian flavor & spices. The Short Rib could also be nice with a side of rice. Potatoes were flavorful & crispy. Shareable plates. 4 of us ordered all 6 dishes on the menu to share. Finally get to meet Chef Ricky Hwang from Kinn, Baroo, Shiku & made by hibi. Currently at Lulu Restaurant. Loud bar energy. Limited parking in Koreatown. $30 valet or lot parking or street parking around the blocks.

Multiple locations, but 6th street seems to have the most reviews. Complimentary Kimchee and Radish banchan with free refills. Complimentary hot tea. Free soda with Yelp check-in. Valet parking a lot, metered street parking, or nearby self-parking at H Mart parking garage across the street for $5.

Fantastic Modern Asian Tasting Menu Pop-up Experience. Reminds me of 3-Michellin-Star The Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare in New York, where Chef Brian Baik worked at. Very hard to book - need to book at ticket release on Tock. We were able to book because a waitlist just opened up. Amazing fresh seafood with a modern twist. We bought our own bottle of Riesling, and the restaurant complimented on our wine choice. It went very well with all the flavorful dishes. $195 per person (2022 pricing). Corkage fee is $30. Totally worth it. Old pop-up location was in Koreatown. New location in Chinatown.
